Learnt to ski:I learnt to ski when I was 18 months with my mum and dad .
Most likely to be skiing on:Racing skis or fat skis, but if riding for myself I would choose to snowboard instead.
Favourite area for teaching:Courchevel for nice groom pistes and Meribel Altiport for first timers.
Favourite area for off-piste adventures:Far from everyone but I keep them secret so you have to come with me to find out.
Can most often be found after skiing:In a pub but shhhhttt 🤫
Preferred choice of Savoyarde speciality dish:Raclette with a fresh salad and red wine.
Top 2 restaurants on the hill:Adret Telebar, Pépé Nicolas, Crêperie in Mottaret is great value.
Favourite restaurant (Meribel (ish)) off the hill:L’arbe in les Allues.
Local bar of choice:Fifty Fifty bar for drinking beers and chatting, LDV in Meribel Village for a big après ski band.
Best view in the 3 Valleys:Top of Mont vallon.
Best advice (skiing related):Skiing is a sensation, try to feel what you are doing instead of overthinking what to do. Build your technique before going fast.
Never spend a day on the hill without:Skiing, snowboarding, ski touring. cross country skiing or telemarking.
