Favourite area for off-piste adventures:Mottaret, Beaufort, Verbier, Alaska….. Can most often be found after skiing:Exchanging notes about where we’ve skied, enjoying drink. Preferred choice of Savoyarde speciality dish:Croziflette. Top 2 restaurants on the hill:Soucoupe in Courchevel and Adret Telebar in Meribel. Favourite restaurant off the hill:The tapas bar near my place in Spain! Local bar of choice:Lodge du Village. LDV!
