The Beginner’s Club
The Beginner’s Club – the perfect way to start your skiing career!
We asked our girl Vicky to tell us why she thought you, your partner, your friend or just someone you want to go on holiday with should take the plunge and learn to ski. A daunting thought……
Why on earth would anyone want to learn to ski? It is cold, expensive and tiring – a beginners nightmare!?
Imagine standing at the top of a mountain with the sun warming your face, gazing out at a panorama of beautiful snow-licked peaks filling your vision. Imagine the pure elation and joy as you conquer that mountain making controlled and effortless turns from top to bottom. Imagine the feeling of escaping the stresses of real life, giving yourself new, out of the ordinary achievements each day.
The cold air becomes your friend as you appreciate the cosy feeling of your hands in your mitts and the crisp fresh air filling your lungs, like you are breathing for the first time. The fact you are physically tired at the end of the day, makes the hot chalet bath the best you have ever experienced. It makes the chalet afternoon tea, the evening glass of wine with dinner and the obligatory “tranche du fromage” well deserved and you are guaranteed to sleep like a newborn.
Now imagine all of this happiness surrounded by your nearest and dearest. The laughs you have on the mountain or dancing at Après.

If this sounds like an experience you are looking for then stop looking and send us a quick email.
Our week long beginners course is an experience far removed from the traditional ‘bend ze knees and follow me’ group lessons of old. It is a great week with a small group who are looking to conquer that first green run in control. From zero to hero – we’ll take you each step of the way and make sure you know exactly what you need to be doing at each stage of your holiday.
We can point you in the right direction for travel, accommodation, equipment, lift passes etc. At first glance it’s a minefield of information but we can help you make the best decisions so you can take out as much of the “unknown” as possible.
We will keep in contact as you arrive in resort and settle in for your first night so that you know exactly where you need to be and what to bring. Then the fun can really start.
Our passionate and patient instructors want skiing to be pleasurable not petrifying.
Feel the mountains. Live the energy. Be Free. Learn to ski….. It is the best thing my parents ever did for me!
