Price-y Skiing in the couloirs

This week saw the return of the youths! Josh and Toby Price have been giving Nick the run around all over these mountains of ours. Conditions have been great all week and they took the opportunity to hit the couloirs. Nice skiing boys – make sure you come back and see us soon. If you’ve [...]

Big thanks to our friend Christo for coming out to play and take a few photos of the Marmalade boys in action. To see all the photos click onto our flickr page.

the spring has sprung!

So this season is drawing to an end and bringing with it conditions that we are not used to seeing here in Meribel – well not normally until at least the month of May. The Saulire has been reduced to some comical strips of snow… There are a number of fool hardy skiers refusing to believe the closed [...]

some of our photos…

here’s a couple of our latest photos from here in Meribel – ski school and lessons are going strong despite some unseasonal conditions! All our photos from this season and past can be found on our flickr page. Today, 10th April on the Granges chair – lovely snow first thing. Marmalade rider Jeune de Grasset at [...]

magic dedern big air day

Yesterday – March 26th was the Magic Dedern. A great day of freestyle, bbq, dj’s and fun in memory of our friend Greg! More pictures and videos to come from this extravaganza soon but here’s a couple of teasers for now..

switch times

sometimes it’s just more fun to go backwards….. If you want some ski lessons to learn the way of the switch rider then come on out and join us in Meribel. We’ll have you going down the biggest pistes backwards before you know it. Freestyle.

searching for snow

Yesterday we had a day off and we took off into the wilderness in search of two things – new terrain and some good snow. What did we find?? We certainly hit some new terrain and and with that we found further opportunities for some future ski touring in the 3 valleys. We’ve been around [...]

mr matthews

We’re proud to present to you our good little buddy Jim Jams Matthew. Although I think he would rather be known as Sir James, or just plain old Jamie, but we like Jim Jams the best.  He’s a good friend from seasons gone by out here in Meribel and has since followed his own freestyle [...]

ski school anyone?

So it’s been a while but we came across these little beauties again. Bungalow graphics is the man and he does some great pictures of all sorts. We like, approve and salute you Charlie Adam. Aaaah, reminds me of our regular days teaching skiing here in Meribel! Ski lesson anyone??

bumps and blue skies

Cracking conditions – blue skies, grippy snow and some fine bumps under the Dent de Burgin. We’ve more photos on our flickr page. Click me to see….
